摘要: This article examines the determinants of salaries heads public procurement units. Specifically, it investigates effect gender, budget size, supervisory responsibilities, experience, authority level, education, certification, age, cost living and labor market competition on compensation purchasing supervisors The uses multiple linear regression analysis variance to conclude that drivers executives managers in sector are different than those private or other industries.
