摘要: This study was undertaken to compare selenite-cystine-novobiocin (SCN) broth, tetrationate-novobiocin (TN) broth and Rappaport-Vassiliadisnovobiocin (RVN) as enrichment MacConkey (MC) agar, brilliant green (BG) Hektoen (HE) Salmonella-Shigella (SS) agar xylose Iysine desoxycholate (XLD) plating media for isolating Salmonella from broiler carcasses chicken feces. The were washed with 300mL of Buffer Peptone Water 0.1% (BPW). BPW solation incubated 6h at ambient temperature up 24 h/43oC. From this, 2 mL inoculate in 20 43oC/24h. plated on the five tested selective agars, also Up colonies each plate inoculated TSI LIA 37oC/24h. genus confirmed by slide agglutination test using poly serum anti-somatic antigens (O) anti-fiagellar (H) antigens. feces experimentally contaminated eight serotypos (Agona, Anatum, Enteritidis, Havana, Intantis, Owakam, Schwazengrundand Typhimurium). Each serotype times. serotypes added sample individually so that final concentration bacterium 1,2 x iO3 ufclg. Two grams broth. proceduring this point wes same adopted examination. To there no statistic difference (p>0, 001) among media. However use two (SCN TN) agars between XLD SS HE gave bost results. assay done showed TN much better than others and, case it can be either or VB results examination is not easy determine bacteriologic routine search suggest association eorichments may improve test.
