摘要: Pretreatment of a HKUST-1 catalyst with water significantly accelerated the catalytic oxidation benzene to phenol and hydroquinone hydrogen peroxide as an oxidant. The corresponding oxygenates had yield 36.5%, selectivity was 53.2% 35.5%, respectively. turnover frequency (TOF) 35.1 h−1. Comparatively, product only 2.7% over original HKUST-1, TOF 2.6 Moreover, treatment protected from decomposition due formation new mode. Therefore, system in presence opened door towards facile efficient preparation hydroquinone.
