摘要: Atrial size and function are closely correlated with atrial contributions to cardiovascular performance. Therefore, in this study, we aimed assess pediatric heart transplantation (HTx) patients using three-dimensional echocardiography (3DE). We enrolled 33 clinically well HTx healthy controls a similar distribution of sex age the patients. All underwent two-dimensional (2DE) 3DE. 2DE- 3DE-derived biatrial maximal volume (Vmax), minimal volume (Vmin), ejection (EV), fraction (EF), before contraciton (VpreA), passive EV, EF, active EV EF were obtained all The 3D left atrail (LA) Vmax, Vmin VpreA increased significantly after being indexed by BSA, while LAEV decreased (P < 0.05). Moreover, LAEF, LA right (RA) Vmin, (P < 0.05), RAEF RA LAVmax, LAVpreA, lower than corresponding 2D parameters. RAVpreA, sizes assessed 3DE- 2DE-derived parameters, yield discordant results 3DE confirms enlarged functions
