摘要: Purpose – This study had five objectives: explain the initial steps that led to construction of Ethical Leadership Questionnaire (ELQ); analyze items and verify ELQ reliability using item response theory (IRT); examine its factorial structure with a confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) an exploratory structural equation modeling (ESEM) approach; test bias ELQ; assess relation between dimensions ethical sensitivity. The paper aims discuss these issues. Design/methodology/approach Study 1 2 involved 200 668 respondents, respectively.
