摘要: Radar backscatter has been measured from instruments on SKYLAB and SEASAT with the goal of determining winds data. New scatterometers such as NSCAT, proposed for ADEOS, have same goal. comes wavy ocean surface. It is thus assumed that there some form direct connection between local wind speed direction waves in area. necessary to understand both characteristics radar so be able obtain winds. Any environmental feature causes change other than those due well defined property can cause vary a way not directly related wind.
