摘要: Silver-polymer core-shell nanoparticles show interesting optical properties, making them widely applicable in the field of plasmonics. The uniformity, thickness and homogeneity polymer shell will affect properties system which makes a thorough structural characterization these silver-polymer great importance. However, visualizing particle simultaneously is far from straightforward due to sensitivity towards electron beam. In this study, we use different 2D 3D microscopy techniques investigate aspects coating.
