摘要: The crystal growth velocity of spherulitic As2Se3 in a supercooled melt the same composition was studied by optical microscopy and thermoanalytical methods isothermal nonisothermal conditions. time dependence size is linear, which suggests controlled interface kinetics. Crystal determined as slope these linear dependences. experimental results presented this paper considerably extend previously reported range velocity.
