摘要: The authors propose to enlarge the definition andscope of “entrepreneurship." They direct their critique at two sources:William Gartner’s entrepreneurship as "the creation oforganizations," and a judicial, ideological, legalistic bias towarddealing with forms legally delimited economic companies firmsengaged in legal activities. also identify towardentrepreneurship studies literary form "heroic drama." is criticized not persuasive: it an essential,simplistic notion that shifts from behaviors organizations. authors' aimis develop theory into social science biasedby hidden assumptions about systems. theoryof enactment networks; instead ofabstractions, they turn observable phenomena premises ofentrepreneurship. Toward this undertaking, examine cases lie outside theprevailing, moralistic law/market nexus. First hybrid, informal systemof influence favors existed entrepreneurial mindset (called"blat") under former Soviet Union; extra-legal system forcedpersons search out profitable niches opportunities. To ignore thissystem because legal/market overlook making markets andthe basis opportunity formation. Second entrepreneurialism occurs criminal undertakings, suchas illegal drug trade. These show, first, entrepreneurshipflourishes where there market opportunity, demand, possibility ofproviding supply; second, moral judgments block ideas what research topursue.In conclusion, new ofentrepreneurship: utilization disequilibria, regardless ofsystem, enacted through networks.
