摘要: Results of experimental investigations a powerful mm-band FEM-oscillator driven by sheet electron beam are presented. For mode selection, planar geometry Bragg resonator was used. Microsecond pulses at wavelength 4 mm and power 200 MW corresponding to record energy per pulse J were generated. The possibility increase the content millimetre wave up tens kilojoules is discussed.
