摘要: Hollow-fiber samplers permit the non-destructive extraction of soil solution from matrix. Samplers constructed polyacrylonitrile filter elements were successfully used to extract a range types. Preliminary testing showed that did not retain any major anions or cations present in solution. Inorganic ions capable specific adsorption (PO4 and Cu) retained, but phytate concentration was reduced by passage through filter. Comparison with centrifuge drainage obtained hollow-fiber had higher pH, as result CO2 degassing, lower elemental concentrations. It concluded preferentially extracting larger pores, this may better represent extracted plants.
