摘要: The main aim of present study is to develop the nanocrystals as a viable drug delivery strategy for improvement dissolution rate and bioavailability dexibuprofen. Dexibuprofen were prepared by combination precipitation high shear homogenization method. Particle size morphology produced compared with that pure drug. in range 95 117 nm 2.43µm Photomicrographs phase contrast microscopy TEM showed spherical shape nanocrystals. In-vitro release dexibuprofen formulations was studied dialysis bag method observed 92 100% within 6 hrs. Hence we conclude formulated may offer exciting opportunities oral other formulations.
