摘要: Summary This study aimed at assessing the effect of regular use intracorporeal injection (ICI), sildenafil citrate and vacuum constriction device (VCD) on cavernous smooth muscle erectile activity. One hundred sixty-five patients with organic dysfunction were investigated for 3 months. The patient his partner classified prospectively after proper counselling: group I (n = 56) received ICI twice per week; group II (n = 55) 100 mg III (n = 54) used VCD week. Duplex ultrasound was carried out before treatment, then, followed up a month to assess resumption unaided erection. results showed that there significant improvement in mean peak systolic velocity (PSV) cavernosal artery diameter (CAD) end treatment all groups, being higher than other two groups. Also, percentage who resumed intercourse compared groups (17.9%, 9.1% 3.7% respectively). It is concluded repeated ICI, or by has positive impact their blood flow
