摘要: 2-Methyltetrahydrofuran (MeTHF) is a solvent produced from renewable raw materials by the hydrogenation of products obtained carbohydrate fractions hemicellulose various feedstocks. MeTHF has advantages to be biodegradable and promising environmental footprint, good preliminary toxicology assessments, an easy recycling. An experimental study was conducted with MeTHF, in comparison n-hexane, for extraction carotenoids aromas. In parallel this study, HSP (Hansen solubility parameters) theoretical been realized evaluation understanding interactions between different compounds such as triglycerides contained canola oil, carotenoids, The results these studies show that appears potential alternative n-hexane products.
