摘要: A study of intra- and intermolecular charge transfer interactions with organic reagents which can be solubilized in micelles vesicles is reported. The first part the paper details on formation complexes between aromatic hydrocarbons (“enes”) methyl viologen dication; these show a weak transition dependent solvent polarity. homogeneous solutions microheterogeneous media shows that occur for at reasonably polar “interfacial” site. quantitative complex several different substrates surfactant reveals precise micropolarity various combinations varies hence indicates solubilization site provided given set detergent variable cannot too precisely defined. Studies two polyenes containing electron donor acceptor substituents within same molecule have also been carried out. In case 4-nitro-4′-methoxystilbene (NMS) it has found triplet-triplet absorption spectrum observed following laser flash excitation sensitive to both polarity viscosity; micelles, NMS exhibits single moderately good agreement reported aforementioned complexes. contrast, solubilize distinctively sites. One sites attributed an location while other appears less but more viscous. analogous diene, NND, focused its fluorescence indicate presence once again hydrocarbon chains bilayer vesicles. hydrocarbon-sensitive NND could associated “wedge”-shaped or cleft exists most prominently below phase temperature vesicle.
