摘要: OBJECTIVE: We report the morbidity and mortality associated with fractures of clivus discuss management approaches specific to this unique diagnostic entity. METHODS: performed a boolean search our electronic medical record database identify patients that were diagnosed using computed tomography head. A retrospective imaging chart analysis was completed further characterize analyze outcomes. RESULTS: Between January 1999 December 2007, 41 identified clivus. found 0.21 % overall incidence among all head-injured presenting institution 2.3% those cranial fracture.
