摘要: A method to attribute the short-term variability of blood pressure and heart rate resting subjects their various causes, using spectral techniques, is presented. Power spectra cross-spectra are calculated for beat-to-beat values R-R interval from who were seated in a comfortable chair. Interval as well systolic, mean pulse pressures show variations linked respiration so-called 10 s rhythm. The diastolic scarcely influenced by normal respiratory range (0·20–0·35 Hz), but do variability. Relationships between which indicate that systolic leads variation two three beats become manifest cross-spectra; however, no such lag found respiration-linked intervals. It argued technique presented provides critical test models fast regulation cardiovascular system.
