摘要: Local anesthetics are chemicals that reversibly block action potentials in excitable membranes. The generation and propagation of depend on the opening closing ionic sodium, usually also potassium, channels span nerve muscle membranes (Hodgkinand Huxley1952; Hille1970). Both shape individual frequency bursts impulses determined by kinetic properties these ion which, turn, controlled membrane potential cell. anesthetic molecules interfere with function such a way as to conduction (Taylor1959; Hille1966).
