摘要: Introduction Endometriosis is a very common disease that affects up to 10% of the female population. The use indocyanine green (ICG) dye has been proposed allow proper localization endometriotic lesions during surgery. Our purpose offer an overview near-infrared (NIR)-ICG in surgical treatment superficial peritoneal endometriosis and deep infiltrating endometriosis. Material methods Electronic databases were searched, including MEDLINE, Embase, Web Science, Scopus, ClinicalTrial.gov, OVID Cochrane Library. studies identified with mesh combination following keywords: "indocyanine green", "endometriosis", "deep endometriosis", "robotic surgery", "laparoscopy", "ureter", "rectosigmoid" from 2000 May 2020. All articles describing ICG applied surgery considered for review. Only original papers reported specific experience data on topic included. Moreover, video-articles included analysis. Quality risk bias evaluated by two authors, respectively. Results Fifty-three reviewed reviews or comment not reporting lacking application patients affected excluded. quality 17 was assessed. Eight suggested usefulness NIR-ICG as tool detection surgery, one randomized controlled trial prospective study did confirm advantage its use. found useful evaluation vascularization intestinal anastomoses ureterolysis after Conclusions appears segmental resection, confirming role even parametrial However, inconsistent.
