摘要: Abstract To evaluate the role of coronary bypass treatment stable angina, 72 patients were randomly divided into surgical and medical groups. They followed with treadmill tests repeat catheterization. Anginal symptoms decreased or disappeared in 89 per cent those operated on 65 not on, but more former than latter became asymptomatic: 69 vs. 11 respectively (p<0.01). Exercise tolerance time improved significantly (p<0.001) both groups, group +78 +48 cent, p<0.05. During a 28-month follow-up period, fewer cardiac complications occurred — 14 34 (p<0.02). Mortality was 9 on; this difference is significant. The results indicate that improvement, though demonstrable greater surgery, quality life during first 28 months better who are oper...
