摘要: Some studies have indicated that promoting the Mediterranean diet pattern as a model of healthy eating may help to prevent weight gain and development overweight/obesity. Bread consumption, which has been part traditional diet, continued decline in Spain rest world, because opinion general public is bread fattens. The present study was conducted assess whether or not patterns include are associated with obesity excess abdominal adiposity, both population at large subjects undergoing management. results review indicate reducing white bread, but whole-grain consumption within Mediterranean-style food setting lower gains fat. It appears different composition between varies its effect on body However, term ‘whole-grain bread’ needs be defined for use epidemiological studies.
