摘要: A multi-layer barrier coating on a flexible substrate exhibits improved resistance to gas and liquid permeation. The generally comprises alternating polymer (24,34) inorganic layers (22,32,42), the layer immediately adjacent (22) topmost isolation (42) may both be layers. surface of each deposited plasma-treated prior deposition thereon, while surfaces are not plasma-treated. is lightweight, preferably transparent, has flexibility resiliency, as well cracking delaminating.
