摘要: Evidence for the reaction of alkylating agents, nitrosamines, azo-dyes, lactones, and hydrocarbons with nucleic acids in vivo is reviewed. Emphasis placed on quantitative aspect such reaction, this basis possible significance process carcinogenesis discussed.
