摘要: The production strain of the alga Monoraphidium sp., deposited in Collection Autotrophic Organisms Botanical Institute Academy Sciences Czech Republic, Třeboň, Dukelska 135, under accession number CCALA 1094: Nedbalova 2009/1, is exploitable as a source for industrial oils having high content polyunsaturated fatty acids, particular hexadecatetraenoic acid and stearidonic human or animal food supplements use other applications. invention also describes method producing acids strain, consisting its exposure to low culture temperatures.
