摘要: OBJECTIVE: The "Kihon Checklist" (a frailty checklist), consisting of 25 items, is used for screening frail elderly, based on the Japanese long-term care insurance system. However, few reports have investigated predictive ability incident certification in Kihon Checklist. purpose this study was to investigate inter-relationships and accuracy as a test individual items criteria Checklist certification. METHODS: In December 2006, we distributed questionnaire including individuals older than 65 years living Ohsaki City, Japan. Among valid respondents, followed those who gave informed consent follow-up, had more 1 item response Checklist, were not qualified at baseline. We further excluded died or moved away one year analyzing 14,636 elderly. age- sex-adjusted odds ratio (OR) 95% confidence interval (95%CI) newly estimated by logistic regression analysis. Independent variables each "frail elderly". addition, sensitivity specificity, conducted receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis domain. RESULTS: 5,560 (38.0%) matched During 483 (3.3%) required All significantly associated with (range ORs: 1.45-4.67). all also predicted risk OR: 1.93-6.54). OR elderly" 3.80 (3.02-4.78). various domains, "20 other five related prevention support depression" largest area under ROC curve. CONCLUSION: elderly are useful predicting during one-year period. strength relation variable among values could be improved.
