摘要: Apparatus and methods for detecting correcting various fault conditions in an operating Coriolis effect mass flowmeter. The apparatus of the present invention receives information from flowmeter compares to threshold signatures representing conditions. When a condition is detected, output signals are applied inform operator control flow rate through correct condition. Specifically, detect presence crack tubes stop material prevent release cracked tubes. Other void fraction flowing tubes, compute corrected actual rate, compensate effects fraction. Signature relating values measured frequency, drive power, temperature as well slope curvature changes each parameter stored memory within detection invention.
