摘要: A method, system, and electrode assembly are disclosed that maximizes the lifetime of electrodes for high energy electrical discharges in water by arranging concentric rings or a stack rings. The radii thickness ring optimized reliability, low jitter, minimal erosion. In one embodiment, is configured to be disposed subterranean dielectric medium, receive an electric current pulse having length time greater than 100 microseconds, form arc between first second electrode, thereby producing pressure axially away from insulator.
