摘要: This paper presents a methodology for developing spare parts inventory management system with focus on the nuclear power sector. Often, demand is highly intermittent and cannot be accurately forecasted through traditional methods. Examples include generation equipment, ground space systems, aircraft engine parts. We take data-driven engineering approach develop four-step in such environments. These steps comprise an influence diagram identifying relevant factors, weighting of influences analytic hierarchy process, grouping according to criticality indices, development base stock policies each group. allows actively managed within continuous improvement framework employee engagement input, mathematical assumptions are not made models. To our knowledge, no integrated, comprehensive has been developed. The techniques employed this research can effectively used together holistically manage entire or they may separately portions process. provides overview methodology, illustrated via test bed facility.
