摘要: Abstract Combustion in coal-fired power plants generates large amounts of coal fly ash (CFA) solid waste, which is presently under-utilized China. Replacing natural basalt with CFA as a raw material for producing continuous fiber would not only conserve resources and reduces environmental impacts, but also achieve cleaner production fiber. alone generally unsuitable fiber, due to its high melting temperature viscosity. The fusion characteristics were improved by adding steel (SS) or magnesium (MS) slag (optimal 30%) meet the technical requirements Calcium contained calcium silicates breaks crystal lattice structure mullite at temperature, leads transformation refractory fusible anorthite blends. This provides theoretical basis adjusting metallurgical slag. However, calcium-containing constituents into promotes recrystallization amorphous materials melts during slow cooling, causes sharp evolution adversely affect production, can be overcome operational process discussed here. findings provide selection appropriate parameters from industrial wastes.
