摘要: A filter for reducing heavy metals in water employs particulate boneblack (bone char) material as a filtration agent. layer of impregnated and fibrous substrate are helically interwound around hollow, porous central core to form the cartridge elements designed reduce metal concentrations drinking water. outer cage encloses wound layers, end caps bonded at each thereof. Methods using particles also disclosed.
