摘要: There are a number of P2P overlay simulators developed by various research groups for use the academic community, however many still opt to their own custom-built simulator. Having surveyed area Peer-to-Peer in previous work, we believe that this is due lacking key functionality such as mechanisms gather statistical data from simulation runs. The custom built gives rise problems include an increase difficulty reproduce and validate results comparison similar simulated systems associated results. In paper, discuss current situation with respect usage our work towards creating new simulator will meet requirements researchers. It hope paper give further discussion knowledge sharing among those communities, so meets needs community can be developed.
