摘要: This chapter discusses amperometric glucose sensor based on oxidase immobilized conducting organic salt electrode by poly( o -phenylenediamine) film. The response of an biosensor ultimately relies detection H 2 O produced the natural mediator in course enzyme regeneration. As a result, is affected oxygen concentration. It was demonstrated that effectiveness new approach use electrochemically grown non-conducting films as entrapping membrane. These show unique permselectivity and antifouling properties permit one step construction sensors having fast response, high sensitivity, low interference. To overcome problem dependence, has been poly- -phenylenediamine film NMP-TCNQ electrode. shows good sensitivity interferent rejection. In range concentration values typical blood, exhibits dependence.
