Surgical synovectomy for haemophilic arthropathy of the knee joint. Long-term follow-up.

摘要: The results of surgical synovectomy for haemophilic arthropathy 9 knees in 8 haemophiliacs were evaluated. Finally intra-articular bleeding ceased 3, reduced 2 and was unchanged 3 knees. Synovectomy can be regarded as an effective procedure terms haemostasis. Preoperative radiographs unsuccessful cases showed more advanced changes the age at operation all over 20 years old. Five joint mobility after operation. There less progression radiological arthropathic where or postoperatively, whereas no improvement arthropathy. should viewed a haemostatic performed on those under with radiologically joint, when sufficient conservative treatment has failed to eliminate repeated haemarthroses.
