摘要: Abstract The two chicken creatine kinases from brain and muscle have been purified as well the hybrid enzyme. enzymes rabbit also compared to enzymes. There are significant differences in amino acid composition between types; enzyme has an intermediate composition. Peptide maps of types further indicate that sequences considerably different. Antibodies prepared against type do not cross-react, measured by complement fixation methods or Ouchterlony tests, with enzymes; antibodies react However, reacts both antibodies, although quantitatively less than pure rabbit, enzymes, more similar their properties forms one species.
