摘要: This paper addresses Integrated River Basin Management as a solution to water stress through comparative analysis of management in Europe and China. It makes preliminary assessment the European experiences so far with Water Framework Directive (WFD) on river basin investigates its potential value for other areas, focusing Problems possibilities policy transfer process initiating stimulating sustainable are investigated. Could WFD, which seems have beneficial impact Europe, be used reach same results China? We will deal this questions, discussing differences context between China EU problems adopting WFD inspired approach Directive, transfer.
