摘要: Manual assembly processes are favoured for supporting low volume production systems, high product variety, operations that difficult to automate and manufacturing in low-wage countries. However, manual can dramatically impact cycle times, quality cost when the complexity of operation increases. This paper proposes a method assessing process operations, using representation based on predetermined motion time systems. The purpose this framework is provide tool be used practically assess, therefore control, during their design.
