摘要: The human brain organoid is a miniature three-dimensional tissue culture that can simulate the structure and function of in an vitro environment. Although we consider organoids could be used to understand development diseases, experimental models are so highly variable apply artificial intelligence (AI) techniques investigate mechanism brain. Therefore, this study briefly reviewed commonly AI applications for organoid-magnetic resonance imaging, electroencephalography, gene editing techniques, as well related algorithms. Finally, discussed limitations, challenges, future direction AI-based technology organoids.
