摘要: This paper reports on issues raised during the development of an intelligent web-based system for transportation services. Our approach exploits software agents technology to efficiently handle simple or modular requests. The involved in proposed represent and act behalf two basic types users a scenario, that is, customers looking appropriate way ship their products, companies (carriers) may-fully partially-carry out such In addition, they cooperate with special-purpose agents, namely Broker Itinerary Builder, which as intermediates between carriers, facilitate overall management transactions by coordinating request offers, constructing possible alternative solutions facilitating required decision-making. We provide process-oriented description system, report specification agents' roles interactions, discuss various implementation issues. Particular attention is paid construction solutions, fragment itinerary requested set subroutes may involve different means. corresponding algorithm tool developed this process are comprehensively presented.
