摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter describes the immunoglobulin system in mouse, including structures, molecular genetics, classic and physiology. All functional molecules are 4-polypeptide chain monomers consisting of two light (L)chains with weights about 24,000 heavy (H) chains ranging from 55,000 to 70,000. The fold into three-dimensional subregions globular structure called domains. L have domains, H three five C domains comprise bulk molecule. Many polymorphisms gene elements been found mouse. first group was that associated antigenic changes IgCH genes. variants is known as allotypes.
