摘要: Abstract In this article, interfaces between the cell cycle and programmed death (PCD)have been reviewed both in planta cells culture. animals, most obvious interface these two processes are checkpoints, surveillance systems that check integrity of DNA block whilst damage is being repaired or replication normalised. Catastrophic results exit into PCD. The extent to which checkpoints may be functioning plant has explored, a model checkpoint presented based on evidence available from animal presence, Arabidopsis , key components checkpoints: ATM, sensor damage, WEEI, negative regulator division 14-3-3 proteins; latter protect phosphorylated proteins checkpoints. Both environmental chemically induced PCD (e.g. UVB ethylene) have specific presented. Instances also examined aerenchyma, endosperm xylogenesis). each case, could operating examined. Finally, oxidoreductive states tissues effect fungal elicitors surveyed again relation — interfaces. A somewhat weakly coloured picture emerges for plants compared with animals. However, sufficient exists suggest cross-talk an important component life unto cell.
