摘要: PCA3 is one of the most prostate cancer-specific genes described to date. Of note, expression detectable at high level in urine cancer (PCa) patients. Accordingly, an ideal biomarker for PCa diagnosis. Several techniques measurement this have been developed but there are still some drawbacks. In study, magnetic nanoparticle-based PCR coupled with streptavidin-horseradish peroxidase and a substrate colorimetric detection was established as potential assay urinary detection. The method provided specificity gene LNCaP cell line. Additionally, technique could detect femtogram which approximately 1,000-fold more sensitive than conventional RT-PCR followed by agarose gel electrophoresis. effectiveness assessed clinical specimens. relative patients determined significantly greater that benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) healthy controls. results our test were comparable qRT-PCR. proposed promising distinguish between cancerous non-cancerous groups. Altogether, simple practicable useful
