摘要: The severe drought that affects the Sahel since late 1960s has been very closely studied and monitored during last three decades. Recently, after several wet years, it was questioned from a statistical point of view whether over. conclusions recent study were rainfall deficit not over at end 2000 continues. analysis change points in station time series suggests differentiating these findings.
