摘要: Regulation of anterior pituitary secretion adrenocorticotropin (ACTH) is a complex process subserved by multiple hypophyseotropic factors. The nature participation (dynamic or permissive) and relative significance each factor in mediation stimulus-induced ACTH secretory events have not been elucidated. Attempts were made to directly define the contributions corticotropin-releasing (CRF), arginine vasopressin, oxytocin, epinephrine elicited hemodynamic hypoglycemic stimuli anesthetized rats. observations support following hypotheses: 1) CRF represents predominant regulatory ACTH-secretory responses studied, 2) coding stimulus-dependent involves factors addition CRF, 3) participates either dynamic permissive fashion depending on stimulus. Finally, potential for central interactions among these significant underscores complexity this system at all levels organization.
