摘要: BACKGROUND Autogenous fat grafting (AFG) is an established technique used as adjunct to breast augmentation (BA) redesign shape. Surgeons often use experience and intuition estimate AFG volume, which can result in incorrect assessment of donor areas unnecessary removal. OBJECTIVES This aim this study was develop a method based on mathematical formula, utilizes implant volume projection predict volume. METHODS Thirty patients (60 breasts) underwent primary hybrid BA. A software package (SketchUp) simulate 3-dimensional volumes, turn were equation for estimating according 3 different projections. The results each group compared, via Pearson's correlation coefficient, with the clinical series.
