摘要: All organisms respond to environmental challenge by adaptive responses, although, in many cases, the underlying molecular mechanisms are not understood. In case of membranes, physical structure membrane phospholipids is conserved face cold, rigidifying conditions elevated proportions unsaturated fatty acids. We have observed a clear positional specificity this substitution and head group preferences carp liver membranes. also demonstrated changes activity lipid desaturases that mediate unsaturation response, caused both transcriptional post-translational mechanisms.
