摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter discusses the physiology of fertilization and barriers in higher plants. In plants, such as angiosperms, is mediated by controlled processes progamic phase that lies between pollination, transfer male gametophyte from anthers to perceptive organs, syngamy, fusion gametes process double fertilization. Pistils angiosperms are highly selective discriminating organs which determine success sexual relationships. The incompatibility mechanisms can be affected on stigma surface, conducting tissue style, within stylar canal, or ovary. If genome pollen-producing plant determines reaction, it called sporophytic incompatibility. It was found this form mostly linked with trinuclear type pollen grains. other type, gametophytic incompatibility, present if determinant. binuclear bearing reaction divided into two different steps, recognition rejection.
