摘要: Many tremendous advances in the management of neurovesical dysfunction have taken place over past two decades. Gone are days severe hydronephrosis, renal failure, and even death from neurogenic urinary dysfunction. Only rarely do we now see children who present with significant tract changes. The social debilitation life-long incontinence or incontinent abdominal wall stomas should also only be a memory. Combining these newer surgical approaches to fecal allow free diapers. made medical bladders greatly changed overall pediatric urologie care, allowing reconstruction most anatomic congenital anomalies.
