摘要: “Masseiras” is an ancient Portuguese agriculture system, where soil was developed from sand dunes enriched with seaweeds over more than a century. Due to the importance for local economy, this system evolved greenhouse structures. In study we compared bacterial community composition and structure of soil, aiming at assessing potential impact different agricultural practices. The bulk two greenhouses (following or not recommended good practices, FGP NFGP, respectively) based on their physicochemical properties community. both Proteobacteria, Acidobacteria, Actinobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes, Gemmatimonadetes were in proportion 5:1:1:1:1:1. However, richer diverse that NFGP. Members classes Bacilli Gemm-1, higher relative abundance NFGP FGP, respectively, those contributing most distinguishing communities soils. differences correlated (Mantel test) some properties, such as electrical conductivity nitrate Zn contents, which significantly FGP.
