(Italian Partners Correction Ocular Surface Alterations) board, analyses physiopathology post-cataract DED highlights pre-, intra- postoperative risk factors that alter homeostasis; it proposes a practical comprehensive algorithm prevention, treatment management associated with surgery. Particular attention needs be paid pre- intraoperative reduce improve outcome.
