摘要: A patient with locally advanced adenocarcinoma of the rectum was operated abdominoperineal resection and perineal reconstruction a vertical rectus abdominis musculocutaneous flap. Six days postoperatively, there herniation small bowel, between anterior posterior sheaths, to subcutaneous location.
